  Glitz and Glamour is back for 2020! 

  This year we are hosting our annual Glitz and Glamour event but with a difference. We have extended the event to all day to allow for social distancing. Be the first to preview and shop our Christmas stock whilst also supporting a great cause!

   

  Last year the event was a huge success generating the equivalent to 252 lunch groups at Lostock Hall Activity Centre – which is amazing … We are proud to say that all donations will be spent in Lancashire supporting our local community.

  This is a FREE event and you do not require a ticket to attend on the day.

• Returns

  We hope you will be happy with your order but we will accept the return of any UNUSED products within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Unused products should be returned with their order number and documentation. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unused products and this cost is non-refundable.
  Any product returned to us must be in its original condition. If it appears to have been used it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
  Age Concern will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier if you are unable to deliver the products personally.

  If the Customer requires the products to be collected, the cost of this collection will be borne by the Customer.

  If you require an alternative item please place a new order on our website.

  Returns for Incontinence products where a packet has been opened/partly used goods or where the seals/labels have been removed will not be refunded.
