ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This interactive and informative dementia workshop will help to raise awareness and understanding, so that people living with dementia may be understood and that care and support can be improved.
Age Concern Central Lancashire is therefore committed to improving awareness and the quality of training regarding dementia in order to accelerate understanding, enhance standards and ultimately enrich the quality of life of those affected.

The 30 minute workshop will include:
• Topics aimed at carers including communication, carers support and practical solutions
• Delivered by Dementia Specialists with real life experience.
• Interactive workshop element – to give a feeling of what dementia may feel like
• Workshop Certificate
• Age Concern Central Lancashire pin badge
The workshop has been developed and adapted so it can be delivered in line with government guidelines. Measures can be discussed with us directly on booking. Masks must be worn at all times, social distancing will be in place and hand sanitiser will be provided.
We hope you will be happy with your order but we will accept the return of any UNUSED products within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Unused products should be returned with their order number and documentation. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unused products and this cost is non-refundable.
Any product returned to us must be in its original condition. If it appears to have been used it will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued.
Age Concern will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier if you are unable to deliver the products personally.
If the Customer requires the products to be collected, the cost of this collection will be borne by the Customer.
If you require an alternative item please place a new order on our website.
Returns for Incontinence products where a packet has been opened/partly used goods or where the seals/labels have been removed will not be refunded.
