Never before has Age Concern faced such unprecedented demand from vulnerable adults in Lancashire. Estimates suggest that 15,500 people are living with dementia, a figure set to increase to 21,472 by 2025 and furthermore; 35,000 people aged 65 + are currently chronically lonely and isolated. Nobody should face these problems alone, and Age Concern needs your help!
