Case Study

LH, 51, lives in Lancashire with her son. She is Associate Practitioner at the local hospital and was becoming increasingly concerned with her rising energy bills. She had first time central heating installed under the Eco scheme in August 2020.

She stated that even her colleagues at work were advising her that ‘nothing is free and there will be hidden costs’, but there wasn’t.

LH said ‘they just got on with the job in hand quickly and efficiently’. She said ‘they were tidy and polite workers’, and kept her well informed about what they were doing.

LH has since had her boiler fully serviced and everything is in working order and commented ‘the service was impeccable from start to finish. I never get anything for free – I am so grateful to you all’.
