Coronavirus Support Service
The service is aimed at people aged 70 years and over and who need help during periods of self-isolation. It is aimed at helping those within self-isolation and their carers to access;
• Shopping trips / food parcels / welfare ‘goodie’ bags
• Regular telephone calls / befriending service
• Information and advice – incl. benefits assessments and links to wider public/voluntary sector support
• Specialist dementia care and support
• Meal preparation*
• CQC registered nail cutting*
*Charges apply but these are reduced wherever possible

Age Concern Central Lancashire recognises that many people want to help the elderly during the Coronavirus pandemic and the Coronavirus Support Service provides the ideal opportunity to do just that.
